We are excited to announce the launch of our new Analytics Dashboard for AHJ's. This feature will soon be available for Inspection Companies as well and will provide further detailed analytics. We will update all Inspection Companies on this feature when it becomes available.

We've enhanced our PDF viewer within the LIV platform to allow a Zoom feature, as well as an option to select specific pages.
Once in LIV on the Inspection Report details, you will have the ability to select between a few options as well as Zoom in on a report.
LIV now has the capabilities to set GeoFence Coordinates per each AHJ. Once these coordinates are established, it will auto assign the Premise to the AHJ that is associated to that Premise Address.
When you add a New Premise, it will assign to the AHJ according to the GeoFence settings set by LIV Admins and the address you enter.
If you enter an Address that is not associated to any AHJ or an AHJ that you are currently not set to service, you will receive an error.
If you feel this message is in error and the Premise you are attempting to add does in fact belong to an AHJ you service, please contact support to have that Premise added
All Companies now have access to the Report -> Past Due Premise Report, which will provide you details on which premises have reports that are upcoming, or past due.
You can filter by past due, and upcoming reports.
All Reports are Hyperlinked as well as the Premise for you to go directly to the information you need.
We've corrected an error where it would not allow you to switch the report from the notification tab, once you had selected a report from the Notification Module. You can now go and select a different report from the notification module.

We have removed the Additional Field for all report uploads and will now associate all reports that are uploaded under the same system type to a premise in the same report. You no longer need to submit multiple.
You may now upload any new report of the same system type and then describe the deficiencies needed per system type and location.
