We’re excited to announce a new feature on our LIV - Inspection Platform. From now on, you can add the monitored alarm company to your Fire Alarm Inspection Reports!

This new feature will make it easier for you to keep track of all the important details of your fire alarm inspection. You'll be able to clearly see which alarm company is monitoring the fire alarm system and if there are any changes that need to be made.

We're excited to announce a new feature on the LIV Inspection Platform – the ability to submit an Acceptance Test Report!

Acceptance Test Reports (ATRs) are an important part of the inspection process and can help ensure that all parties involved are aware of the results of the inspection. Now, with the LIV Inspection Platform, you can quickly and easily submit an ATR with just a few clicks.

The LIV Inspection Platform has been designed to be as straightforward and user-friendly as possible, offering helpful guidance and prompts throughout the test report submission process. Once uploaded, the ATR will be securely stored in the platform, and you can access it at any time. This makes it easy to view and manage the ATR, and you can also share it others as needed.

We hope that this new feature will make submitting an ATR simpler and more efficient. If you have any questions or need help submitting your ATR, our friendly customer service team is available to assist.

We are committed to providing our customers with the best in inspection technology and services, and this new feature is just one of many examples of how we are doing just that. We look forward to continuing to improve and expand the LIV

Today we're excited to announce a new feature of the LIV Inspection Platform – View Notification Templates from My Profile. With this new feature, users can access and view all of their notification templates in one place.

This new feature provides users with a clear overview of their notification templates, allowing them to quickly and easily identify the templates they have currently in use. 

The View Notification Templates from My Profile feature can be accessed directly from the user’s profile page. To get started, simply click on the “My Profile” link from the user profile page. Under the Notifications Tab, you can then find the available assigned Templates.

We've now added the Send Certificate of Compliance Action Button on the Deficiency List Page. You'll need to ensure that all deficiency's for that report are in fact resolved, and you can send the CoC from both Menus, Inspection Report and Deficiency List

We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available;

New Feature Communication Log: All comments and communication between AHJ and Inspection Company / Inspectors  will now be logged under the Communication Module in the Premise Details page for any comments related to Inspection Reports.

improvement Filters: We've normalized locations of where certain filters are on each page within the LIV program. So they have been re-arranged to be more uniform across the system. 

fix We've made a few corrections to Typos throughout the system.

fix  Several fixes and system improvements have been deployed as well.

We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available;

• improvement Filter Improvements - We've made several of the Filters available that allow Multi-Select Options
• improvement Premise Map View - Premise Map View now allows more filter options, and will sort Red/Green based on Deficient or Compliant Reports. This is associated to the System Type selected. Grey icons display no reports found at this location.
• improvement Address Normalization - When entering new addresses, we are normalizing the address data on entry so that all addresses entered will have common terminology. Example: Street = St. More improvements to come on address normalization soon.
• improvement ICS calendar invites for Follow Ups now post the Premise name and Address in the calendar invite. 
• improvement Analytics - We've now added Total Impairments to the general Analytics page.
• fix Several fixes and system improvements have been deployed as well

A new Feature released now allows you to see the HazMats associated to a Premise, if they are assigned. If the premise does not have any HazMats assigned to them this will not display.

The LIV Inspection Platform now includes the ability to automatically send a Certificate of Compliance or Deficiency Notice. This new feature makes it easy to keep your clients up-to-date on the status of their inspection, and helps to ensure that any deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner.

When selection the "Submit and Send Email" button on an Internal Report, it will send the appropriate notice based on the status of the report. If there are deficiencies, it will auto send the deficient notice. If there are NO deficiencies, and the report is compliant, it will send the Certificate of Compliance Notice. 

Both these notices can be customized/configured for your jurisdiction. If you need to add/edit these notifications, please contact support.

New Feature  You will now have the ability to have the system auto-approve any inspection report submitted to your jurisdiction once submitted to LIV. 

You will see any compliant inspection report the system auto-approves status as "Auto-approved"

New Feature 

We now have the ability to add and track any HazMat Certificate you would like to a Premise. 

A master list per AHJ will need to be created by a LIV Admin. If you would like to track HazMat, please send a request to support@livsafe.com with the list of needed HazMat Certs. Once that list has been associated to your account in LIV, you can then add HazMat Certs to a Premise. See the below Article for details:
