🚀 LIV Platform Release Notes - September 2, 2025
This release focuses on platform stability, improved functionality, and enhanced user experience. Here's what's new:
✨ New Features & Enhancements
- Post‑submission corrections via Pending Correction (IC can add deficiencies; no deletions): Enabled Inspection Companies to add deficiencies and change report status from Compliant to Deficient during the Pending Correction phase, while preventing deletion of existing deficiencies. Updated the workflow to ensure all corrections are initiated by AHJ, maintain a complete audit trail, and provide clear notifications and UI guidance throughout the correction and approval process. This enhancement improves deficiency tracking integrity, streamlines post-submission corrections, and ensures accurate communication to all stakeholders.
- In-line Deficiency Management with Digital Reports: When using the digital reports with the auto-deficiency creation process, we've updated the workflow to include an inline modal that will populate the field data from the inspection form into the Deficiency details, allowing you to enter the deficiency details immediately and then save. This will save the deficiency to the Form workflow, and allow you to continue with your report process without having to scroll to enter additional details.
- Automated Deficiency Follow-up Notification (Second Notice): We have now added an automated deficiency follow up email notification template that can be configured to send based on a time interval set by the AHJ. This secondary notification follow up can be configured to your preference and timing, and will automatically send a follow up notice to premises contacts informing them the deficiency is still past due. To enable this feature, please connect with our support team.
