Inspection & Deficiency Improvements

• Inspection Reports now display the time taken to complete, helping track efficiency.
• The "Submit Report" button replaces "Save Report" for better clarity.
• Multi-AHJ and system-type filters allow users to find reports more easily.
• Inspection Companies can now see deficiency statuses, improving transparency.
• Deficiency List now supports filtering by Premise Labels, making it easier to review deficiencies.
• Optional document uploads remain visible for deficiency Resolution, even if not strictly required. AHJ's now have the ability to enable a requirement for either a note and/or an image to be uploaded when resolving a deficiency. This can be enabled by request of the AHJ. 
• Enhanced Preplan Map Icons to be able to add Notes and Photos
• AHJs can now have a "No Report on File" notice enabled, allowing them to communicate to businesses that have not submitted a required inspection report and send a "No Report on File" notice. You can request this feature access from support@livsafe.com

Contact Updates

• The Contacts section has been improved for easier management.
• Contacts has been added as a tab section in Premise Details

Permit & Public Form Enhancements

• New Permit Types are now available. You can create a public facing permit for any type of permit requirements in your jurisdiction. Please get with support@livsafe.com to request a demo and setup of any permit needs.

Performance & Stability Fixes

• Premise backups are now faster and more reliable, ensuring data accuracy.
• Jurisdiction filtering issues have been resolved, ensuring correct search results.

Hello Beta Testers! We have a significant update to the beta platform this week. Several of these items were reported on and requested, and we're excited to get these fixes and enhancements in place on our Beta platform. 

New Features & Improvements

Premise Map Improvements

• Enhanced map view functionality within Premises, offering a streamlined user experience with improved map navigation.

Items Per Page

• Addressed an issue where the items per page selector was cut off. Users can now fully view and select items per page without display issues.

Report Generation Module Enhancement

• Introduced a beta version of Report Generation to address and improve report generation stability for failed reports.

Report Filters for GeoFence

• Added filtering capabilities added, allowing users to filter reports based on GeoFence settings.

Labels Availability in Beta

• Ensured that labels by AHJ and Premises are accessible in beta testing, improving tracking and organization for users.

Inspection Report Filters (Past Due & Upcoming)

• Enhanced filters for inspection reports, providing clearer visibility into upcoming and past due reports.

Deficiency Log Correction

• Corrected an issue where deficiency logs displayed an "unknown" status. Logs now display accurate information.

• Impairment Notification Customization (LIV-1826): Updated the impairment notification email template, allowing for better personalization and relevance.
• Burn Permit Rejection Email (LIV-1903): Resolved a bug in the burn permit rejection email process, ensuring reliable and accurate notifications.
• Price List Enhancements (LIV-1920): Improved price list functionality with new filters and sorting options, enhancing user experience in managing financial data.

• Merge Processes (LIV-1819, LIV-1818, LIV-1921): Progress on merging premise data and AHJ system types, pending additional components for full functionality.
• PDF Upload improvements on Reports (LIV-1908): Implemented an additional process to assist in corrupt or mis-formatted PDF files to regenerate inspection reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy of generated documents.
