Dear AHJs,
You can now filter by Internal and External Reports!
How To:
1. Navigate to the Inspection Report Screen
2. Locate the Internal/External Filter as shown in the photo above
3. Select either Internal, External, or All!

Dear Inspection Companies,
You now have more control and flexibility when it comes to editing your reports--Compliant, Deficient, and Rejected!
With this update, you can now change and/or add the following to any report with a Pending Payment Status:
To access the tool, just click on the Edit Pencil from the Inspection Report screen.
As always, the Comments feature at the bottom of each report allows for timely communication with the AHJ. When a comment is added, you are made aware by the Notifications diamond at the top right of the screen. Check on those red bubbles!
Check out your Dashboard when you log in, you'll see which AHJs are in your area!
Select the + button, and you can now provide reports to those AHJs, thus increasing where you can submit reports!

Now, when you reject a report a comment box will appear to allow you to enter a comment directly on the report.

Today, we’re thrilled to announce a new feature for our LIV Inspection Platform: the ability to filter inspections by inspector. This will make it easier than ever for users to quickly find the inspections that they need.
With this new feature, users can easily filter inspections by the inspector who performed them. They’ll be able to see all the inspections performed by a particular inspector to quickly review their work, or locate specific inspections that were performed by that inspector.

We’re excited to announce a new feature on our LIV - Inspection Platform. From now on, you can add the monitored alarm company to your Fire Alarm Inspection Reports!
This new feature will make it easier for you to keep track of all the important details of your fire alarm inspection. You'll be able to clearly see which alarm company is monitoring the fire alarm system and if there are any changes that need to be made.

We're excited to announce a new feature on the LIV Inspection Platform – the ability to submit an Acceptance Test Report!
Acceptance Test Reports (ATRs) are an important part of the inspection process and can help ensure that all parties involved are aware of the results of the inspection. Now, with the LIV Inspection Platform, you can quickly and easily submit an ATR with just a few clicks.
The LIV Inspection Platform has been designed to be as straightforward and user-friendly as possible, offering helpful guidance and prompts throughout the test report submission process. Once uploaded, the ATR will be securely stored in the platform, and you can access it at any time. This makes it easy to view and manage the ATR, and you can also share it others as needed.
We hope that this new feature will make submitting an ATR simpler and more efficient. If you have any questions or need help submitting your ATR, our friendly customer service team is available to assist.

Today we're excited to announce a new feature of the LIV Inspection Platform – View Notification Templates from My Profile. With this new feature, users can access and view all of their notification templates in one place.
This new feature provides users with a clear overview of their notification templates, allowing them to quickly and easily identify the templates they have currently in use.
The View Notification Templates from My Profile feature can be accessed directly from the user’s profile page. To get started, simply click on the “My Profile” link from the user profile page. Under the Notifications Tab, you can then find the available assigned Templates.
We've now added the Send Certificate of Compliance Action Button on the Deficiency List Page. You'll need to ensure that all deficiency's for that report are in fact resolved, and you can send the CoC from both Menus, Inspection Report and Deficiency List
