Having Trouble Accessing LIV? Try Clearing Your Cache!
We’ve received reports that some users may be experiencing issues accessing or using the LIV platform. If you’re encountering unexpected behavior, a quick fix is to clear your browser cache.
How to Clear Your Cache:
✅ On Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac), select “Cached images and files,” and "Cookies and other site data," and click “Clear Data.”
✅ On Edge/Firefox/Safari: Follow similar steps via your browser settings under Privacy & Security.
