We have a small release this week with a few improvements.

• improvement We've locked the headers on the Dashboard so that when you scroll, you have your header columns in view.
• improvement We've added the ability to create contacts on the Premise Creation Process. 

With this release, we've also fixed a few bugs to continue to improve the platform overall. As always we welcome your feedback. 

AHJ's - We have removed the ability to select reports from the Dashboard and mass reject. This is due to needing to enter a reason or comment on the rejection so it's clear to the reason for the rejection. Based on feedback, we will allow bulk approval, but to reject a report, you will need to go to the report directly or view it from the Inspection Report tab.

Today we’re thrilled to announce the release of LIVSafe Inspection Platform v.64 – 2023! This is our latest upgrade for our inspection platform, and we know it’s going to make your experience using the platform faster, easier, and more productive.

We’ve packed this release with features that will help you get more out of your inspection process. Here’s a quick overview of some of the highlights:

• Improved messaging for invalid emails on contacts
• AHJ Feature - "Contact Made"  improvements. You can now filter based on contact made and notes on the premise location for all your internal inspections. 
• Acceptance Test improvements - Acceptance tests for Inspection Companies should be used when the system is a new install and a verification report is required in that jurisdiction. Selecting this option in the Fill Report section will now prompt the end user to confirm that the report being submitted is for a newly installed system. If not, you can leave this option not selected. 
• Improved Filtering options now available throughout the application
• Ability to remove uploaded files from Notes on premises. This applies to Inspection Companies and AHJ's.
• Several bug fixes and improvements have been made.

When filling out an inspection report, the "Fire Alarm Monitoring" status is now a required field. Please note that the "Fire Alarm Company" box remains optional.

Dear AHJs, 

You can now filter by Internal and External Reports! 

How To:

1. Navigate to the Inspection Report Screen

2. Locate the Internal/External Filter as shown in the photo above

3. Select either Internal, External, or All!

If you run into any issues, feel free to submit a ticket to our support team.

Dear Inspection Companies,

You now have more control and flexibility when it comes to editing your reports--Compliant, Deficient, and Rejected!

With this update, you can now change and/or add the following to any report with a Pending Payment Status:

1. System Type
2. Premise 
3. Deficiencies
4. Pictures
5. Additional documents
6. Contact Information
7. Inspector

To access the tool, just click on the Edit Pencil from the Inspection Report screen.

As always, the Comments feature at the bottom of each report allows for timely communication with the AHJ. When a comment is added, you are made aware by the Notifications diamond at the top right of the screen. Check on those red bubbles!

Check out your Dashboard when you log in, you'll see which AHJs are in your area!

Select the + button, and you can now provide reports to those AHJs, thus increasing where you can submit reports!
