We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available:

• improvement You can now select multiple Occupancy Types in your filters.
• improvement There are now additional filter sets available on the Map View in Premises List.
• improvement All AHJ Users now have access to edit the Premise Address directly.
• improvement We've made several enhancements to the GeoZoning features, including the ability to sort and filter by Zones.
• improvement We've made several system enhancements to capturing Phone details, changed permissions on required fields and other enhancements that have been requested by users.

We have also fixed some bugs:

• fix Editing the Report Status directly from the "Edit Report" is now functional.
• fix The Print Button on Deficiency List is now pulling the appropriate template that was used in the Email to the customer. 

We've made improvements on when you re-submit an Inspection Report to the AHJ. The re-submit report feature in LIV allows users to quickly and easily resubmit reports that have been rejected. This feature is available in the latest release of LIV.

We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available;

• improvements Fire Station Number

You are now able to assign a Fire Station Number to a Premise, and then search for that Station Number in the Premise Search Page. 

As an AHJ, you can now edit the associated contact on an Inspection Report to resend any communication for a report or deficiency to a new contact.

You ask, we deliver! We have now separated all Upcoming Inspections into it's own report and all Past Due Inspections into it's own report. You can now go to the report and filter according to what you would like to see for anything past due and upcoming. You have another great way to Manage your Business.

We now have the field to add an Emergency Phone Number for a Premise Contact. This field is not required to create a contact, but can be used as an entry point to allow a phone number to be added. 

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Analytics Dashboard for AHJ's. This feature will soon be available for Inspection Companies as well and will provide further detailed analytics. We will update all Inspection Companies on this feature when it becomes available.

We've enhanced our PDF viewer within the LIV platform to allow a Zoom feature, as well as an option to select specific pages.

Once in LIV on the Inspection Report details, you will have the ability to select between a few options as well as Zoom in on a report.

LIV now has the capabilities to set GeoFence Coordinates per each AHJ. Once these coordinates are established, it will auto assign the Premise to the AHJ that is associated to that Premise Address. 

When you add a New Premise, it will assign to the AHJ according to the GeoFence settings set by LIV Admins and the address you enter. 

If you enter an Address that is not associated to any AHJ or an AHJ that you are currently not set to service, you will receive an error. 

If you feel this message is in error and the Premise you are attempting to add does in fact belong to an AHJ you service, please contact support to have that Premise added

All Companies now have access to the Report -> Past Due Premise Report, which will provide you details on which premises have reports that are upcoming, or past due. 

You can filter by past due, and upcoming reports. 

All Reports are Hyperlinked as well as the Premise for you to go directly to the information you need.
