• Corrected an error impacting City Building Charges in the payment process, ensuring accurate charges and smoother transactions.

Notification Comments Handling

• Modified the handling of comments in notifications, preventing deleted comments from being displayed while storing them as soft-deleted records in logs. 

Report Link Timeout Extension

• Extended the report link expiration in emails from 30 days to 90 days, allowing users more time to access the report links in emails.

Order Details Enhancement

• Resolved payment status display in order details, enhancing accuracy and transparency.

• Enhanced map view functionality within Premises, offering a streamlined user experience with improved map navigation.

Items Per Page

• Addressed an issue where the items per page selector was cut off. Users can now fully view and select items per page without display issues.

Report Generation Module Enhancement

• Introduced a beta version of Report Generation to address and improve report generation stability for failed reports.

Report Filters for GeoFence

• Added filtering capabilities added, allowing users to filter reports based on GeoFence settings.

Labels Availability in Beta

• Ensured that labels by AHJ and Premises are accessible in beta testing, improving tracking and organization for users.

Inspection Report Filters (Past Due & Upcoming)

• Enhanced filters for inspection reports, providing clearer visibility into upcoming and past due reports.

Deficiency Log Correction

• Corrected an issue where deficiency logs displayed an "unknown" status. Logs now display accurate information.

• Merge Processes (LIV-1819, LIV-1818, LIV-1921): Progress on merging premise data and AHJ system types, pending additional components for full functionality.
• PDF Upload improvements on Reports (LIV-1908): Implemented an additional process to assist in corrupt or mis-formatted PDF files to regenerate inspection reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy of generated documents.

• Inspector Price List Update (LIV-1850): We've added an "Interval" column to the price list view for inspectors. This new column will provide clearer insights into pricing structures, making it easier for inspectors to understand billing cycles and service intervals.
• Metabase Analytics Integration (LIV-1584): The integration of Metabase into our analytics offerings is now live! This upgrade introduces new analytics pages, providing users with more powerful tools to create, share, and consume data insights that drive decision-making processes. You can see the new reporting components now live by going to Reports-> Analytics (AHJ Roles Only). For additional reporting requests of specific data, please reach out to our support team or use the Feature Request here. 
• Enhanced Reporting Filters (LIV-1861): A new filter for "Occupancy Type" has been added to the past due and upcoming reports pages. This enhancement allows users to more efficiently sort and manage reports based on specific occupancy types, improving workflow and report relevancy.

Downloadable Content

• Preplan Map Downloads (LIV-1841): Users can now download images and PDFs directly from the preplan maps available in premises details. This feature enhances the usability of planning documents, allowing for easier access and distribution during onsite inspections or planning meetings.

Upcoming Features

• Internal Reports (Invoice Options) (LIV-1825): We are preparing to launch significant improvements to our invoicing capabilities for Internal AHJ reports. Although this update will go live with this release, to enable this feature for your Jurisdiction please create a support ticket by emailing support@livsafe.com to get a demo of this feature and walk through the integration process.

• Auto-Approved Printing Correction (LIV-1828): Corrected an issue where Inspection Company Inspector names were posted on report submission that were auto-approved, instead of AHJ name on auto-approved reports, now ensuring that the primary AHJ name is displayed for approval status.

• Deficiency Notice Sending from Dashboard (LIV-1803): Added functionality to send deficiency notices directly from the dashboard, mirroring capabilities available from the deficiency detail view, thus enhancing user efficiency.
