Hello Beta Testers! We have a significant update to the beta platform this week. Several of these items were reported on and requested, and we're excited to get these fixes and enhancements in place on our Beta platform. 

New Features & Improvements

Premise Map Improvements

• Enhanced map view functionality within Premises, offering a streamlined user experience with improved map navigation.

Items Per Page

• Addressed an issue where the items per page selector was cut off. Users can now fully view and select items per page without display issues.

Report Generation Module Enhancement

• Introduced a beta version of Report Generation to address and improve report generation stability for failed reports.

Report Filters for GeoFence

• Added filtering capabilities added, allowing users to filter reports based on GeoFence settings.

Labels Availability in Beta

• Ensured that labels by AHJ and Premises are accessible in beta testing, improving tracking and organization for users.

Inspection Report Filters (Past Due & Upcoming)

• Enhanced filters for inspection reports, providing clearer visibility into upcoming and past due reports.

Deficiency Log Correction

• Corrected an issue where deficiency logs displayed an "unknown" status. Logs now display accurate information.

Email Log Improvements

• Enhanced email log functionality, ensuring email records are properly displayed within the Premise section.

Inspection Report Beta Testing Sanity

• Verified inspection report page and filter functionality, ensuring consistency with the previous version.

Breadcrumb Menu Enhancements

• Improved breadcrumb navigation, making it easier to track previously viewed accounts and locations in the application.

Calendar Item Library Update

• Standardized calendar actions across the system for a consistent user experience.

AHJ Beta Testing Sanity

• Confirmed the AHJ page and filters' alignment with the prior version, ensuring consistent performance.

Premise Details Accessibility Improvements

• Reordered tabs for easier access to key information and added new fields such as "Required Fire Flow" and Tax Map Key (TMK).

Deficiency Details Send Notice Action

• Added an email notification action to the Deficiency Details page for more efficient follow-up on deficiencies.

Formated Data Display Enhancements

• Adjusted data display formatting for enhanced visibility across various sections.

Fill Report Action Button Color Update

• Updated the "Fill Report" action button to blue for improved visibility.

New Drawer for Modals

• Replaced floating pop-ups with drawers to enhance accessibility and user experience across all sections.

Report Totals in Inspection Company Page

• Added report totals to the inspection company page for at-a-glance insights.

Contacts & Inspection Company Page Updates for Beta Testing

• Reviewed and aligned Contacts and Inspection Company pages to the previous version, ensuring filters and columns are consistent.

Search Tool Improvements

• Enhanced search tool functionality across several pages, with additional refinements pending.
