🚀 LIV Platform Release Notes - July 22, 2025 - LIV - Inspection Platform

This release focuses on platform stability, improved search capabilities, UI consistency, and critical security improvements. Here's what’s new:

Enhanced Search Accuracy: Improved support for field-specific and exact match queries using OpenSearch. (See additional post for full details)
Resolved OpenSearch Sync Issues: Fixed issues preventing Premises, Inspection Reports, and Deficiencies from displaying expected results instantly
Improved Field Suggestions: Search suggestions now correctly display based on matched field logic.

Deficiencies Not Linking to Inspection Reports: Resolved missing links in certain Deficiency records.
Report Pagination Error: Fixed a bug preventing scrolling past pages in large Inspection Reports.
Header Display Issues: Corrected display issues where headers in Deficiency List did not freeze properly.
Signed URLs Without Expiry: Resolved issue with download links having no expiration.
Repeated Suggestions in Premise Search: Fixed a UI issue where suggestions duplicated premise names.

Improved Logging: Premise import now includes enhanced logging for better traceability.
Bulk Operation Stability: Added safety checks and logic improvements to bulk update/delete actions.
Inspection Report Job Fixes: Resolved logic issues in the report processing system that were causing failures.

Document Viewer URLs Removed: Removed internal document and inspector certificate download URLs for improved security.
XSS and API Permissions: Hardened input validations and restricted API access logic to prevent potential misuse.

Pending Correction Button Added: AHJs can now flag reports as needing corrections directly from the detail screen.
Hyperlinked Premise Details: Premise names are now clickable from the Deficiency detail view.
Email History for Inspection Companies: New audit trail logs are available for emails sent through the platform.
