✅ New Report Status: Pending Correction

A new status, Pending Correction, is now available in the inspection report workflow. This helps identify reports that require revision before approval, offering more flexibility in managing the report lifecycle. This can now be used in place of a rejected report status, and will notify the Inspection Company, that initial information is required or the report needs correction before approval. 

🔔 Enhanced Notification Preferences

You now have greater control over notification settings:

• Set preferences at both premises and system type levels
• Choose how and when notices are received
• Customize automated reminders by system type

🏢 Premises Management Upgrades

• Occupancy Type Filter: Improved Occupancy Type filter on premises page
• Enhanced Outstanding Deficiency List: Improved performance and usability
• Smarter Address Search: Easier and faster location lookups, including a new Search by Address bar directly in Premises (We will add this feature to Inspection Reports in an upcoming release as well)

📄 Certificate of Compliance for Deficiencies

Send a Certificate of Compliance email directly from the resolved deficiencies actions, enabling streamlined proof-of-resolution tracking.
