New Deficiency Self Resolve Process for Internal Reports

We’re excited to announce the newest addition to our LIV Inspection Platform: Deficiency Self Resolve for Internal Inspection Reports.
This new feature allows users to quickly and easily resolve any deficiencies in their inspection reports via email. With Deficiency Self Resolve, Premise Contacts/Owners can now quickly review any deficiencies and make corrections to resolve the deficiency in a matter of moments.
When a Deficiency is found on an inspection report, when the Deficiency Notice is sent to the Customer, they will have a button on the email that will allow them to click on which will take them to the LIV Portal. From there, they will be able to add any notes and images to the resolution and mark as resolved. This will notify you as the AHJ that the deficiency has been resolved by the Premise company and will make it so you do not have to go out and re-verify the resolution.
This new feature makes it easier than ever to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your inspection reports. It also saves users time and effort, meaning that you can spend less time worrying about deficiencies and more time doing what you do best.
