We're excited to announce the latest improvements and additions to the LIVsafe platform, designed to enhance functionality and user experience. This release focuses on providing more detailed insights, improving data accessibility, and enhancing our reporting capabilities. Here's what's new:

Enhancements to Customer Features

• Inspector Price List Update (LIV-1850): We've added an "Interval" column to the price list view for inspectors. This new column will provide clearer insights into pricing structures, making it easier for inspectors to understand billing cycles and service intervals.
• Metabase Analytics Integration (LIV-1584): The integration of Metabase into our analytics offerings is now live! This upgrade introduces new analytics pages, providing users with more powerful tools to create, share, and consume data insights that drive decision-making processes. You can see the new reporting components now live by going to Reports-> Analytics (AHJ Roles Only). For additional reporting requests of specific data, please reach out to our support team or use the Feature Request here. 
• Enhanced Reporting Filters (LIV-1861): A new filter for "Occupancy Type" has been added to the past due and upcoming reports pages. This enhancement allows users to more efficiently sort and manage reports based on specific occupancy types, improving workflow and report relevancy.

• Preplan Map Downloads (LIV-1841): Users can now download images and PDFs directly from the preplan maps available in premises details. This feature enhances the usability of planning documents, allowing for easier access and distribution during onsite inspections or planning meetings.

Upcoming Features

• Internal Reports (Invoice Options) (LIV-1825): We are preparing to launch significant improvements to our invoicing capabilities for Internal AHJ reports. Although this update will go live with this release, to enable this feature for your Jurisdiction please create a support ticket by emailing support@livsafe.com to get a demo of this feature and walk through the integration process.
