• Permit Process Workflow Enhancements (LIV-1695): We've updated the Burn and Public Permit processes to include options for payment and changes to product types, making it easier for users to manage and submit permits.
• Certificate of Compliance Report Attachment (LIV-1565) & Notice Report Attachment (LIV-1566): We've added the ability for users to attach reports directly to Certificates of Compliance and Notices, enhancing documentation and record-keeping.
• State Visibility in My AHJ Section (LIV-1751) & Print View Enhancements (LIV-1756): Users will find added state columns in the My AHJ section and new print view options in Paper Mail Lists and Public Permits for improved usability.
• Multi-select Geo Zones (LIV-1709) & Hyperlink Inspector Details (LIV-1694): Enhanced filter options for selecting multiple geo zones and hyperlinked inspector names on inspection reports for quicker access to detailed information.
• Mass Email Logging (LIV-1757) & .XLSX File Uploads for Notes (LIV-1670): New functionalities for logging mass emails in the communication log and allowing .XLSX file types for notes uploads, improving communication and data management.

Administrative and Backend Improvements

• Corrupted Files Detection (LIV-1759): Implemented additional checks during PDF uploads to ensure the integrity of files, preventing issues with corrupted headers.
• Premise Label Correction (LIV-1737): Updated terminology from "Premise" to "Premises" throughout the system to maintain consistency and proper grammar.
• Contact Page Enhancements and Bug Fixes (LIV-1748 & LIV-1767): Resolved bugs and improved the functionality of the contact page, including proper visibility of contacts for ICs.
• KML Import and User Column Reordering (LIV-1521 & LIV-1742): Improved KML import functionality and swapped the order of Name and Title columns in the Users view for better clarity.
• Last Login Visibility (LIV-1597) & Formio File Upload Configuration (LIV-1764): Added last login timestamps in the users table and configured storage containers for file uploads in forms to enhance functionality and user tracking.

Bug Fixes

• Workflow, File Upload, and Contact Page Issues (LIV-1760, LIV-1745, LIV-1767): Addressed and corrected various workflow problems, file deletion issues, and visibility concerns on the contact page to ensure smooth operation.
